Zone marketing

Most zones have no way to be found.

The FTZ program is having its best moment in forty years, and the typical zone has a page on a port authority website that was last touched in 2019.

That is not a criticism of administrators. It is a description of the job. Running a zone is a fraction of someone’s week, the marketing budget is usually zero, and there is no deck to hand a manufacturer who calls. The demand is real and rising. The infrastructure to meet it does not exist at the zone level.

We build that and run it for you, and the centerpiece is the zone’s own website: your domain, your brand, a real site companies find when they search, built and managed for you. Around it come the materials you have never had time to make and campaigns that go out under your zone’s name to companies in your service area. You stay the expert on your zone. We handle the education and the marketing around it.

From listing to launch

A directory listing, and the zone’s own website.

Every zone in the country has a data profile here, built from public records. Members get something more: their own website, on their own domain, that turns the listing into a launch.

Questions

Before you email us.

Who is this for?

Grantees and zone administrators: port authorities, airports, economic development organizations, and the nonprofit corporations that hold zone grants. If you are responsible for a zone and nobody is marketing it, this is for you.

What does onboarding look like?

One working call to gather your zone’s details, sites, and target industries. We draft, you review, and we publish. You approve everything that goes out under your zone’s name.

Do we own our website and domain?

Yes. The domain is registered in your name, not ours, whether it is a subdomain of your organization or a standalone address. We build, host, and maintain the site. If you ever leave, the domain stays yours and the site can be frozen or handed over. Your national directory profile stays either way.

Do you replace our customs consultant?

No. We do education and marketing, not customs, legal, or financial advice. When a company needs an activation walked through, that is your consultant and your CBP contact, not us.

How fast is setup?

Your website goes live within a few weeks of the onboarding call. Deck, one-pager, and templates follow. Campaigns start once you have signed off on the materials.
